Delivery stages
For this Good Molecules storefront, successful payment authorization starts the preparation stage. We usually process an order in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit begins only after shipment and is estimated at another 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates, excluding weekends and relevant holidays, and no arrival date is guaranteed.
Checkout destination and charges
The address you enter determines the shipping options and charges displayed at checkout. Confirm your apartment or unit, postal code and recipient details before placing the order. Incorrect details may cause a carrier delay.
If a delivery needs attention
Use the tracking information sent when available. If tracking stalls, a parcel is late, a delivered scan does not match what you received, or the packaging is damaged, contact luxozocob122@gmail.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will review the information and, when appropriate, raise a carrier inquiry.
