Review before authorizing
The actual checkout presents the transaction currency, payable amount, tax or shipping charge where applicable, and currently available card methods. Icons on a site page are not proof that a specific card or transaction will succeed. Order preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after a payment is authorized.
When a charge does not complete
A provider or issuer may request verification, decline a payment or show a temporary authorization hold. Verify your billing details and consult the card issuer for account-specific decisions. Sensitive card numbers and security codes should not be sent to our general contact channel; secure payment information belongs in the checkout flow.
Money returned
Following approval, we process or initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting by your bank may take additional time. Return eligibility is in the Refund Policy, and payment support is available through Contact Us.
