How are shipping estimates calculated?
Allow 1–2 business days for order preparation after payment authorization and then an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after shipment. The checkout shows current shipping choices and charges. Tracking and exceptions are covered in our Shipping Policy.
What if I picked the wrong item?
An eligible new, unused, non-defective product can be considered for return when you ask within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods may also be reported. We accept eligible exchanges, depending on review and stock. Full details appear in the Refund Policy.
Is there a return fee?
There is no restocking fee. A free prepaid postal-return label is included in the package for eligible returns. Please get approval before using it and ask for assistance if the label is missing. Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original method within 10 days; bank posting is separate.
