Who may request a return
We consider requests made within 30 days of delivery for new Good Molecules products. Eligible non-defective items may be returned for a preference change or a mistaken selection if they are still new, unused and in original condition. We also accept reports of defects, damage, an incorrect shipment, missing components or a meaningful difference from the listing. A defective item is not required to be pristine. Eligible exchanges are available subject to review and inventory, and legal consumer rights are not limited by this page.
Contact, approval and postal return
Send luxozocob122@gmail.com the order number, checkout email and reason for the request; provide pictures or video for a problem item and retain its packaging and parts. Obtain approval before posting the goods. We will confirm the correct return address and instructions, which may differ from our correspondence address. The package includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible postal return. If the label is absent, ask us to help. There is no restocking fee.
What follows approval
Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate a return of funds to the original payment method within 10 days. Issuer and bank posting can take more time. For an exchange, the replacement remains subject to available stock and the review outcome.
